Further down, he also discusses the translocation of the Tonga people in the 1970s (as I recall the date), and the impact on Zimbabwe. There is a nice little anecdote about food aid tucked in there, too, as well as an solid analysis of the long-term impacts of such aid that raises some troubling questions.
